Goethe-Zertifikat egzamin a1 (Start German 1) Exam Schedule

The official list below lists reserved time periods - not exams that have been confirmed. It is important to confirm with your teacher whether or not the final exam for the course will be scheduled during this time.

Make sure you read the Goethe exam conditions and guidelines on each exam's page prior to registering. Also, make sure you sign up for the right exam level.

Locations

The Exam Schedule lists locations where DEP conducts operator certification exams. Please refer to the exam pages for more information about exam content, exam terms and conditions, as well as additional guidelines. If you require special accommodations due to a chronic illness or visual or hearing impairment, please contact the exam provider directly and make sure to provide detailed documentation at the time of registration.

The Faculty Dashboard in Workday includes the option of "View My Teaching Schedule", Motocykl prawko which allows faculty to find their exam schedules. In addition, the Registrar's Office has a list of exam times for courses that have exams required by NYSED regulations. Final exams for egzamin Na prawo Jazdy a1 classes that are held in the evenings are scheduled for the regular class times of the final exams.

Registration

Students are advised to check the exam schedule online. It is important to note that the schedule for exams can change at any moment. This is why students should check with their instructors to ensure that they have the correct date and time for their test. Students should also print the official list to bring with them to their exam.

If a student is scheduled to take three exams scheduled for the same day, it is suggested that they contact their department or instructor to schedule an alternate exam. While it is possible to take three tests in one day, this can cause a high stress level and can impact the quality of the exam. Students should review their course material before taking the test and work on their German skills. The exam is a paper-based test which measures the ability to speak, read, and write in German. The test results are reported using a scale from egzamin na Prawo jazdy A1 to C2. Students who pass the test are awarded the Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate documents that they have achieved the level of egzamin na kategorię a1 in their language. This level corresponds to the first stage of the six-level scale of competence that is set out in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The examination is free of cost. Students must bring a valid government-issued ID to the test. Students who do not have a valid picture identification will be disqualified.

Fees

If you have completed your studies at Elan Academy and wish to receive the Goethe-Zertifikat Kup Prawo Jazdy Kategorii A1 (start German 1), you must pay the examination fee. This is in addition to the cost of the course.

Practice assessments allow you to get an understanding of the style of the test, the language, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They help you assess your knowledge, identify gaps and increase your chances of passing the test.

Please note that the exam fee is non-refundable. Exam results can only by emailed and not via telephone.
