PSBS Biak finished first in Liga 2 2023/2024. Semen Padang finished in second place, and Malut United was in third. PSBS Biak played against Semen Padang in the final, winning with an aggregate score of 6-0. Malut United FC fought in the playoffs against Persiraja Banda Aceh, emerging victorious with a 3-2 aggregate score.
