DUBAI, April 18 (Reuters) - Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is working very closely with Nigerian authorities following the detention of the company's head of financial crime compliance, CEO Richard Teng said.
"What I can say is we are working very closely with the Nigerian authorities to try to resolve the matter," Teng said speaking at the Token2049 crypto conference in Dubai.
A Nigerian court adjourned until May 2 a case against Binance and two of its executives, accused of laundering more info than $35 million, the country's anti-corruption body said on April 8.
