The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a great option for those looking for a mid-range mop and robot vacuum. It offers a great mopping experience, but doesn't have the features that make up its more expensive sibling.

In tests, it was able to tackle dry oats and dust on medium-pile carpet as well as pet hair on hard flooring. It does not use LIDAR however, like cheaper models do to identify your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, such as the dirt compartment integrated into the base of charging. This robot can recognize your habits for cleaning and suggest automatic schedules that will give you a truly hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automated cleaning process at the click of the button. You can choose a general clean which focuses on the elimination of larger debris such as rice and cereal. Or you can select two detailed mappings to ensure that your home is cleaned thoroughly.

This best robot for mopping floors vacuum is effective on both bare floors and low-pile carpet. It sucks up large items and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some others do and can pick up pet hair without much difficulty. It has a difficult time with high-pile or plush carpet, however iRobot claims it will get better in the future with new models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that focuses on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. 2. Roborock Q Revo

This feature is helpful when you have different flooring in different areas of your home or if you need to regularly clear out clutter such as toys, clothes and books. The robo-vac was also one of the best robot mop only performers in my test, picking up debris on carpets as well as hardwood floors on the first attempt. It can also clean up spills that are wet but I would suggest wiping them dry with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that comes with all the features you could want. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum with a powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, and an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that washes and empties mop pads to keep them clean and ready to be reused. It also comes with a brand new sensor system that is able to better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to avoid falling over furniture and other objects.

The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, more modern design. This is due to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best affordable robot vacuum mop known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still large--it measures over two feet in both height and depth, and weighs in at least four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and can clean 1,500 square feet in one charge. It also has a bigger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris which makes it easier to empty when needed.

Finally, the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and a voice assistant that works offline, so you can use it even if you're not home. It also has a smart routing feature that allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home, instead of following a set path.

The X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested, thanks to its mop pads rotating to clean tough stains away and a motor that generates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is also excellent, and it increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It also has a massive battery that can last for weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as powerful as anything we've seen in an ordinary robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and vacuum robot that comes with a host of convenience features you do not often find on robots at this price. It is able to build detailed floor maps, detect various flooring types and is among the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. These are nice features but they also place the L10s in the class of luxury. This might make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It is slim and tall and has a white-colored finish that is complemented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper, which protects furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving around the house. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button that is used as an on/off switch. Clicking this will turn on the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and return it to its base station.
