Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to develop flavors such as soft milk chocolate, delicate citrus and a soft, relaxed personality. If you're pressed pause during a hectic weekday or winding down for the weekend, a portion of this gentle roast will go a long ways to relaxing your mind and body.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to the balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
