The Dreamebot Braava Jet m6 is a mighty robot that can mop and vacuum without soaking your rugs. This robot uses advanced mapping, which is similar to the iRobot s9 or i7+. It is able to save a cleaning schedule that you can personalize.

1. iRobot 1. i1

The iRobot i1 robot vacuum also mops. It can be controlled using the iRobot app or through voice commands using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. It's a bit cheaper than the more expensive Roomba models, like the i8+, j7+, or s9+. It has many of the same features but doesn't have the advanced navigation that those more expensive models provide.

It's good at cleaning floors that aren't clean but it's not doing well at cleaning pet hair or other particles on carpeting. It's great for laminate and tile flooring, and comes with a cleaning head that fits into corners. It can be triggered to clean specific areas or rooms of your home, and it can be used to create virtual boundary lines to prevent it from entering rooms you do not want it to.

The i1 also has a self-emptying compartment for dirt which means you don't have to manually empty it each when the space gets full. It's fairly simple to maintain, though you'll need to clean out the brushes on a weekly basis. Its vSLAM navigation utilizes cameras instead of laser sensors. This means that it takes longer to map rooms, and it isn't able to detect furniture like as the more expensive Roomba model.

The i7+ can be controlled remotely via the iRobot Home App, without needing to be physically present. Through the app you can schedule cleaning sessions in particular rooms or set up virtual boundary lines to keep it out of certain areas. You can also look through Roomba's history of cleaning tasks and check its status and battery level.

The i7+ is a lot more expensive than the newer 981, but it comes with better performance on bare floors, a more spacious dustbin and the capacity to automatically empty its dirt compartment into a larger dirtbag that is built into its charging dock. The iRobot also feels better-built, has a longer maximum battery life, and charges faster than the Shark. The i7Plus also gets rid of more debris from low-pile carpet and lets you set up virtual barrier lines with its iRobot Home app. The i7+ isn't the ideal robot vacuum for pet owners or anyone with hair that is long, however. Its brushes can become tangled up with hair, and you'll need to turn the i7+ around and clean its moving parts from time to time and it can get more than an a bit messy.

3. iRobot S9+

The irobot roomba pet series S9+, or Baby Rocky as my 3-year-old calls it, is a great robot vacuum that does a great job cleaning on bare floors. It clears away a mix of types of debris and has the strongest suction we've tested in a robot that is a consumer grade. It has a long-lasting battery and feels luxurious. It can clean large rooms without running out.

It makes use of iAdapt Navigation 3.0 with vSLAM to learn the house's layout and to create personalized Smart Maps, which allows it to navigate effectively. Imprint Link technology is used to automatically vacuum after cleaning. It's the only iRobot robot with a D-shaped robot body. This allows it to reach closer to edges and corners in comparison to traditional round robots, such as the Neato Botvac D7.

We found it to be more intuitive than the previous models and easy to use. It can be used with voice commands via Alexa or Google Assistant and has a variety of customizable settings and options, including the ability to alter its cleaning power. The irobot mop and vacuum combo app can also create a list of rooms that you would like it to clean, which is beneficial when you need the robot to concentrate on a specific area.

Our only complaint about the S9 is that it could sometimes smack into things like toy strings and power cords. Physical control options on the robot are a bit limited and most functions are accessible via the app and a handful of buttons, including a quit button that causes the robot to quit its base station, and a clean button which starts a general cleaning cycle.

The L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mopper is the only model in our list to provide a docking station that can be self-emptying and self-refilling. This means you can leave your robot on its own for up to 60 days without having to empty the dust bag or fill the water tank.

The Dreametech L10s Ultra has some of most advanced AI features available in its class. It uses an RGB-camera and 3D-structured lighting to understand the configuration of your home, customize cleaning strategies and automatically create paths based on room layouts and obstacles. This helps to reduce missed spots, repetitive cleaning, and frustrations from getting lost or stuck.

In our tests, the robot was able to identify thin chairs with ease. However, it can get caught in loose socks or cables lying on the floor. Fortunately, this can be avoided by switching off object recognition within the app.

Some people are concerned about privacy, however we had no issues with the Dreametech L10s Ultra camera. The company's privacy policy is clear that they don't save any of your camera images and you can turn off the features of room recognition and object avoidance within the app if you'd prefer not to enable these features.

5. Eufy 11S

The Eufy 11S robotic vacuum is a basic model that is able to collect fine dust, as well as large particles from hard surfaces. It's ideal for everyday cleaning however it's not as efficient in cleaning corners or edges. It's easy to use and comes with a variety of cleaning modes that are automated.
