3 wheel all terrain pushchair (anchor)

A pushchair that is all-terrain with excellent maneuverability will suit you whether you are looking for a buggy for walking in the woods or for a stroll on the main street. These types typically have big wheels and a surprisingly strong suspension for smooth rides over bumps and rough ground.

Most are suitable for newborns and include seats that can be positioned on a flat surface or a baby carrycot. These vehicles also have tyres that never flatten, which are typically made from foam.

Suspension

There is a broad selection of all-terrain pushchairs with three wheels available that offer an excellent off-road capabilities. They are usually quite wide, and may be difficult to maneuver in narrow spaces or through aisles in shops.

Brands like iCandy, Easywalker and Bugaboo have created some great ones to take a look at.

Wheels

All-terrain pushchairs are essential when you live in the countryside or take your child on regular walks over rough terrain. These models have bigger wheels on the back than regular pushchairs, which allows them to handle rough terrain better and provide a smoother ride for your child. Storage

For parents that want to take their child off-road, but aren't sure about tackling Ben Nevis, there are some excellent all terrain pushchairs that give you the best of both worlds. Choose a model that has good all-terrain capability, sturdy suspension and large puncture-proof wheels but designed in the traditional pushchair style with reversible seats and all carrycot options.

UPPAbaby’s popular Ridge all terrain pushchair is a good example. It comes with a fantastic suspension as well as a one-handed fold and a generous basket that can support up to 10kg. It also comes with numerous features that are suitable for parents, such as an adjustable handlebar and an operated break that can be operated by hand on the right. The hood can be removed and washed with cool soapy-water to keep out mould and mildew.

If you are planning to use your all-terrain stroller off the road, opt for air-filled tires rather than rubber grips. They'll provide a more comfortable ride on uneven ground and will be more maneuverable in tight spaces. If you plan to use your all-terrain pushchair to do occasional jogging, be sure the front wheel can swivel or features a quick release mechanism so it can be locked in place for greater stability.

To ensure that the fabric is in pristine condition, make sure they can be washed by a machine. If not, a spot wash with warm soapy water and warm water should suffice. Drying the fabric completely outdoors will also help to prevent mildew and mould from forming.
