iRobot Vacuum and Mop Review

This vacuum isn't afraid to tackle the stairs, unlike some others. However, just like any other mop or vacuum it could get blocked by the stray tennis shoes, ribbons and yarn, play jewelry or other stray objects.

You can use the iRobot Home app to label rooms and set up no-go zones. It also lets you monitor your mops's progress and the status of its battery.

iRobot Combo j7+

The Combo j7+ is a robot vacuum and mop that combine the smart mapping capabilities of iRobot with its ability to deal with spills. iRobot Combo i3

The iRobot Combo i3 is an updated version of the original Roomba i3. It still has a HEPA-filter to eliminate allergens and has the same great external dust compartment, but it now supports smart mapping. You can now designate no-go areas to prevent the vacuum from cleaning these areas repeatedly. The i3 Plus has a lot of other fantastic features, including its advanced cleaning system and a power-lifting 10x vacuum. It also comes with a three-stage cleaning process. It also has a textured surface to keep away fingerprints, dust and hairs of pets.

It removes most dirt and is a great choice for carpets that are not bare, but it did have trouble with pet hair when used on low-pile carpets. It is quieter and does an excellent job on carpets with high pile. The i3 is a bit more expensive than the Roborock S4 Max but it has a self-emptying station that emptys the dirtbag, replenishes its water reservoir and cleans the mop pads.
