The instructions are very clear and we were in a position to put it together in just 10 minutes. The hood and seat lining have to be put on by you however it's not too difficult. It's just a matter of patience to thread the harness straps into slots on the cushioned seat liners. The seat's back has a medium-sized pouch, but it's not big enough to accommodate a changing bag.
