The City Select 2 was released in summer 2021 and replaces the older City Select and City Select LUX strollers. It has 24 different seating options and can be made into triple strollers by adding the glider board. (second seat and car seat are sold separately). The stroller folds 20 percent smaller than the previous models and weighs around five pounds less. It comes with a variety of accessories that include a bellybar (included in the Eco Collection version), another seat, a parent console and a handmuff.

Most of our parent testers were impressed by the large storage bin that can fit a lot of equipment. The seats reclined easily and there was enough room for the kids. The brake pedal is easily accessible and can be operated using one hand. While the stroller is a little long and harder to maneuver, it's worth the extra space for parents who prefer roomy strollers.

The City Select 2 is also compatible with Baby Jogger infant car seats, Britax, Graco Chicco Maxi-Cosi, Graco (adapters are sold separately). This means that you can use a double or single stroller from birth to long after toddlerhood.

Travel strollers are often limited in space in the car trunk and folding and unfolding them is an absolute requirement. Products that fold easily and in a couple of steps, and those with automatic locks scored higher. Strollers that stand upright when folded and can be folded using a single hand also scored well.

The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 was the most simple to push and turn. The Mountain Buggy Nano took a little more effort, but it performed well in our tests. The new Delta Children LX side by side is extremely lightweight with a folding framework that's almost small as a few of the top umbrella strollers.
