The TAVO Next glides effortlessly over most terrains thanks to its leatherette handle. It's not the lightest stroller we've ever had but it's more easy to lift a flight than some of our competitors.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for its weight and fold size. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scores highly for maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents looking for a stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic stroller, lacking some features other strollers we tested offer like a large storage basket or a deep recline. It's a great option for families with a tight budget or for those who require a second stroller on occasion such as for trips to the Zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its compact frame, with swivel wheels in the front and padded shoulder pads provide an easy ride. It's comfortable for passengers thanks to its multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for the parent.

It also has an enormous canopy in European style that provides shade from the sun and some protection against light winds. It also comes with two storage bags and the five-point safety harness, and two storage bags.

The Delta took less than three minutes to put together which is the quickest time of our test group. The manual isn't great, and the assembly does not require tools.
