Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions can be a great method to obtain weapons, equipment and much more. They're hard to complete.

In this video slot that was inspired by Jackie Chan, you can join a group of fighters that are looking to earn cash and pardons. Help them to free captured generals. Earn up to 50,000x your bet per line.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot lets you to carry pistols on an operation. Some players use this to achieve certain goals and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Others prefer to have the extra pistol as an extra weapon to close the gap. When you use this slot, it is important to remember that you will have to click the corresponding pistol category button, like the slot 2 alternative for machine guns, to select the category of your choice. The presence of Major Expedition and Adept Rider in use makes it much simpler to accomplish. This combo will add a damage tick every 10 seconds from the Concealed Weapon for as long as it is positioned.

Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled items slot is an excellent feature that allows players to bring in tools and weapons, however it could be improved with a better affordance. It's currently shaped like a pistol which makes it hard to distinguish the smuggled item slot from other slots with free bonus rounds for gear.

The smuggle slot can hold a large variety of objects, ranging from simple concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are secretly stored in hidden locations around the map, and can be recovered at any moment. The items that are smuggled are different from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes, which conceal only small items within the scenery or objects directly.

Mission planning is a feature available in the form of episodic missions. It lets players discover different starting points, smuggled objects and gear slots prior to stepping into the map. These options for planning expand as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This allows players the ability to create the perfect mission for each challenge.

Gear Slot

Early on in the game players will notice their gear slots rapidly get full, resulting in the frequently-repeated "Your Gear scatter slots are Full" message which prevents Max from acquiring new equipment until the old ones are cleared or a larger space is found. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which offer more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenge missions. However, since many of these challenges are scattered across the world and could be overlooked, it may take a long time to acquire the maximum number of inventory trusted Slots available in-game.

Five Gear Slots can be filled with up to 5 different types of gear, which must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a break-in begins. Each gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like Grenades of the same kind) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you advance through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you store items that do not fit in your concealed weapon or gear slots and then retrieve it later.

These pickups are particularly useful if you have to go through a frisk later in the mission, or if you are carrying a weapon that might otherwise cause suspicion. You can only conceal one item per game at a pickup location for agencies.

This DLC includes new contracts for asset protection and security to the agency. To begin these missions, simply contact the receptionist at the agency and purchase armor and snacks. Once you have reached the marker for your mission be sure to identify a group upon arrival.
