3. Dyson Cyclone V10

This tiny Dyson model is a sports car in a sea of cordless vacuums that feel like minivans and buses. It's powerful and has features to replace a stand-up vacuum in the majority of households however, it can also fit in well next to the coffee table or the bookshelf, where you can move it around like a magic wand.

The V10 is powered by a seven-cell, energy-dense lithium-ion battery that produces fade-free power for 60 minutes. The advanced whole-machine filtering system traps allergens, then lets cleaner air into your home. Its flat front makes it possible to reach the corners and the edges of walls.

Its navigation system is smart and uses iAdapt to avoid obstacles and navigate your home, but it's not equipped with the mapping capabilities of more sophisticated models like our top 5 robot vacuum choices, the i3+ EVO and the j7+ series.
