The Lightest, Most Compact and Easiest to Fold Travel Strollers

This stroller is one of the lightest and compact. It's also one of the easiest folding Stroller strollers. Despite its size it has an excellent ride, great sun canopy and multi-position recline.

This stroller is an excellent value at less than $100. It features a simple compact fold and carry strap, which makes it easy to put it over your shoulders or take with you on public transport.

1. Lightweight

The most important aspect of a great travel stroller is that it should be lightweight and easy to fold. The top travel models we tested fold down with only one hand (and sometimes two) and can be tucked away in overhead luggage compartments. Other great options include the Cybex Orfeo ($320), which features a single-handed concertina fold and is incredibly lightweight. Its five-point harness, padded and crotch straps keep your child safe, and the reversible seat and hefty undercarriage basket ensure there's room for all of their belongings. It is also compatible with the brand’s infant car seat. This makes it a good option for families with children that have children from birth.

The Coya TRVL ($320) is one-handed, one-step fold and is also compatible with car seats and has an enormous canopy. It's more expensive than other models in the category, but offers additional features such as a large cupholder and a parent's pocket, an adjustable handlebar to accommodate parents of all heights, and a comfortable carry strap. The simplicity of the model does not mean it's as durable, as contrasted with other models in this class.

2. Easy to fold

A stroller that is designed for travel should be simple to shut and open when you're on the move. You do not want a stroller which is difficult to close when you're carrying food items or children in your arms. 3. Easy to store

The best strollers for travel can be folded down to a compact size that can be easily stored. They can easily be tucked away in the trunk of a vehicle or the overhead bin of an airplane.
