the best robot vacuum and mop (additional hints) Combo

The Q Revo is a great choice if you are seeking a robot vacuum and mop that is middle-of-the-road. It gives a great mopping experience, but it lacks the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

During testing, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium pile. However, like cheaper models, it doesn't employ LIDAR to help you map your home.

1. Roomba S9+ from iRobot

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and a variety of features such as a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. This robot can learn your habits of cleaning, and recommend automatic schedules that will give you a truly hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can start the automatic cleaning functions at the push of the button. This robot vacuum performs well on floors that are unfinished and carpets with a low pile. It can remove pet hair and sucks big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It's not the best time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot says it will get better with future models.

You can also combine or create rooms to personalize the way Q Revo manages your home. This is an excellent feature if you have multiple areas of the home with different flooring materials or there's a lot of clutter that needs to be cleaned out regularly, such as toys, clothes, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, picking up debris from both carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It is able to even vacuum up wet spills but I would suggest drying them using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a top-quality robot vacuum and mop and more. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it has an excellent vacuum with a powerful suction to clean carpet and hard floors, plus a rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also has self-cleaning bases that automatically empty and cleans mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for use again. It also has a sensor system that can detect obstacles better and prevents it from falling on furniture or other objects.

The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that it is sleeker and more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). These features are nice however they can push the L10s into the luxury category. This might make it more expensive than homeowners need.
