best robotic mop and vacuum [describes it] Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with an application designed specifically for the purpose. You can save maps of your house and create cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power, and how much water the mop is using.

A mapping feature helps your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These are must-have features in my house, stuffed with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It's able to both sweep and mop in one session, and it can even lift its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from getting too damp. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to recognize pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum cleaner vacuum we've tested to date. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on an object.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad for deep cleaning. It also has a mop lifter system that will lift the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

In addition to this in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be used for rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, only having to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only drawback is that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model for those who can afford the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive features, which include the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mops. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well throughout the home. It was able to eliminate 98.4% debris on all kinds of floors and managed to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's main selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for mopping and dry its mop pads for you. It also features a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I've tried and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it still requires regular maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. The mop pads that are sold separately also require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. For those who are on a budget, I suggest considering a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could find, its high cost and constant maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and remove dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combo has a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also has an enormous battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. It is also equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It has a mop with a roller that cleans itself, making it stand out among other models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs that other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire length of the bot and is continuously supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro removes the mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements and emptied into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds a decent amount of water, and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box as do other robotic vacuums/mops. The S1 Pro needs to be refilled with clean water. This is easily done in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to dock. If you opt for this option, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other good robot vacuum brands that allow you to use your choice of cleaning products.

Like many robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple of times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my tests however this can be improved when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot vacuum with mop that can be bought at a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop, but it still has several impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, washing and sanitizing mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can pick specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've crafted. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, as all Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system works well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, however it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always detect small things like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

This machine has one major problem: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of each vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the last traces and dust that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition and can help the robot to make its clean better than its competitors with lower prices.
