Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized with a specialized app to save the maps of your home as well as set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune how much water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is more than any other robot vacuum that mops vacuum we've examined so far. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad that is more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has an automatic mop lifting system, that will raise the pad when it goes from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsed and dried in the dock and the dust container is automatically emptied and returned to it. This means you can leave it in place and forget it, only having to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I used it on its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's expensive. Its sheer number of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line robot vacuum and mop combo. Its high-end price is justified by its robust features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It comes with an app-enabled smart controller as well as powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it was able to perform well across all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and able to lift hair that is long without knots. The mops were also excellent, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its advanced docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag to collect dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its sophisticated controls allow you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mops I tested. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. It is also important to remember that the mop pads that are bought separately, must be replaced periodically too.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium pricing and its extensive features I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. If you're on a smaller budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best automatic vacuum robotic vacuum and mop combination you can buy but its high price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a wish than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This high-powered mop and robot autonomous vacuum combo comes with a strong suction force of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery capacity to power mopping and vacuuming, and top-notch obstacle avoidance. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning, making it stand out from other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it receives a constant supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements and is poured into a larger storage canister. The tank that is onboard can hold a substantial amount of water and can take on up to a dozen mopping session before running out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box as do most robotic vacuums/mops. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This is easily done in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning products.

Like many robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. It sat on carpets with longer piles several times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has a lot of functionality at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum, and it still has some amazing features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is able to be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris from carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is fairly dense, offering a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean the entire area mapped by this device or select specific rooms, an expandable zone or a custom routine you've designed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, just like all the Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system is robust it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized fashion. One of the biggest flaws of this machine is the lack of a mop-after-vacuum option that could be a problem for people who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. There's a good workaround: the app includes the option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the vacuum's mopping capability to get rid of the last traces of debris and dust left behind by your vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum to clean up a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
