Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot cleaner vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with a specialized application. You can save maps of your home and organize cleaning schedules, and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also adjust the suction power and the amount of water your mop uses.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance feature will stop it from hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are crucial for my home filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum, so it naturally comes with a host of features. It's able to mop and sweep in a single session, and it can even raise its mop pads and brushes to stop soft surfaces from becoming damp. It can also avoid obstacles by looking for pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is higher than any vacuum we've tested to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in a deep clean. It also has an automatic vacuum and mop mop lifting system, which will lift the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate hardwood, carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

Additionally it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be cleaned and then dried with the dock and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it. You can set it to forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag occasionally.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop- and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it started to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

This is a very robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being the fact that it's pricey. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very appealing choice for anyone looking to get rid of their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The premium price is justified by its robust features, including a large vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that rotate. It also comes with an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is among the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos on the market. In my testing it was able to perform well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift hair that is long without getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's main highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its sophisticated controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I've test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular maintenance and care. Its base station needs to be emptied and the dustbag and water tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a budget I would suggest a less basic model that lets you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could buy but its cost and constant maintenance would make it more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic vacuum and mop that will pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors, while cleaning up wet mess look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combo comes with a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a huge battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It is also equipped with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It also comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-cleaning to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Any dry debris is picked up with the side brushes or swept into the front bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard is able to hold a large amount of water and can take on up to a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box, just like most other robotic vacuums/mops. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you choose this feature, however, you will be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot vacuum cleaners best brands that allow users to select their own choice of cleaners.

As with most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map a space and navigated around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my testing, but this may be improved when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot vacuum cleaner that is available at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, but it still offers some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of a space before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers various options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clean of everything that the device maps, or you can pick individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've set up. There are a number of mopping options, including SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors of the mops to determine the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, just like the other Roborock models that we've test. Its navigation system is solid that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a neat fashion. Its 'Normal' pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, with no gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too although it's not as advanced as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this machine is the lack of a mop after vacuum option which could be an issue for people who are frequently vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. The vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and dirt that were left behind after vacuuming. This is a great feature that lets this vacuum to clean up a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
