Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot hoover vacuum-mop combinations can be customised using an application that allows you to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power, and how much water your mop consumes.

It also has mop lifter technology that will lift the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad is capable of rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can set it and forget it, only having to change the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual vac- and mop-settings for around 160 minutes before beginning to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've tried.

This is a highly well-rounded and capable product, with the only downside being that it's costly. The number of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model for those who can afford its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combination. The premium price is justified by the powerful features, such as a huge vacuuming capability and two mop heads that rotate. It also includes a smart, app-enabled controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well in all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed well in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's most significant selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, fills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dry its mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its intelligent controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I test and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. In addition the mops aren't efficient in removing stubborn stains as those found in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to note that the mop pads which are bought separately will need to be replaced periodically too.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. If you're on a budget, I recommend a more basic model that will allow you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop (new post from Nativ) and vacuum you could find but its cost and constant maintenance will make it more of an option than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot hoover vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and get rid of dirt from your floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It even comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-cleaning to rinse off the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller is almost full width of the bot, and it is constantly dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept away into the front bumper. 4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, but it still offers some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is ideal for removing pet hair and debris on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite extensive, and provides many options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean every area that is that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. There are several mopping options that include SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient method to clean your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, as all Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system works well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does an excellent job of covering a room, leaving no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, however it's not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.
