Izziwotnot’s Bailey Sleigh cot-bed isn't cheap but it's elegant and well-constructed. It's simple to put together however it does require two people. It is gorgeous in any nursery. The panel we used was a fan of the dark wood and dowel sides. It's sturdy enough to be used until your baby becomes a toddler. It also meets British safety standards - the depth isn't that deep that your child can climb out, and the distance between the slats should not be greater than 65mm, which should prevent the head from getting stuck. It's worth bearing in mind that you'll need to purchase a mattress separately, which is an extra PS88.

The sleigh shape of this crib is gorgeous and makes it stand out from the rest. It's also very easy to get your baby in and out of it, which is an enormous benefit. It's a little more expensive than other cot-beds, but our panel thought it was worth the cost for the design and durability.
