WoW Upgrades - The item level upgrade Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the item level by +3. Each upgrade also boosts the random substatus.

The more modernized gear generally has a greater value for trade as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or very high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the need to roll for a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader enables players to upgrade their gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied on any type of weapon or armor. The item used to upgrade the item level upgrade will be consumed and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be used to create enchantments.

The upgrader can be found in all major cities and is accessible anytime to upgrade your gear. To keep your gear current it is recommended you visit the upgrader every few weeks.
