WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an Best item upgrader by +3. A random extra substat is also increased with every upgrade.

The more modernized gear generally has a higher trade value regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or very high stat variance (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades are less useful for those with higher variance due to the need to roll an exact version.
