Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

If you need to clean up mess fast and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops that I test had superior navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were strung up.

It also features a unique mopping method, that uses a roller that is continuously doused with water to pull dirt and place it in the water that is dirty tank.

Its navigation system performed well. It stayed clear of stairs and navigated close to walls without falling. However, it struggled with fine engrained debris and was not always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise level is also relatively high, which suggests it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than some.

Like many robotic cleaner and mop vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you replenish its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easier and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to the regular schedule. Eufy's app allows you to manage all the functions. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an image of your home, so it knows where not to go. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop) unlike most vacuums.

Other fantastic features include a self emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and an extended side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and set custom settings for every room in your home.

It features the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and can distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile rug. If you're looking to save time, it will skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. It's a great choice for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the money to buy the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is an excellent choice if you are seeking a flexible robot that can do both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups to messy water stains. It comes with a wide range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it's able to move around furniture legs and socks with ease. However, it isn't able to take care of the tangled tassels of rugs and its battery drains faster than other models we tested in our tests.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that comes with powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It didn't do as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It has a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the incredibly powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in cramped areas. It's quick and quiet, and it can navigate tight spaces with ease. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it is able to take photos of each object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secured and not linked to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
