It's important to note that mapping takes a while, and it may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. The object detection feature is not perfect. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles but got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and had to flip over to release itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned, not just being swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can reach areas where robot vacuums can't.

This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and other intelligent features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you adjust a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging station after each task to clean their pads, empty their dust bins, and then place the debris in the self-sealing bags. This keeps the system clean, and prevents allergens recirculating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for an additional charge during cleaning.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the expensive robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets and a great obstacle avoidance. It also has a unique mopping method, that uses a roller that is continuously doused with water to pull up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system was efficient. It avoided stairs and navigated close to walls without falling. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also relatively high, so it may be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easier and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with a regular schedule. You can manage all of its functions via the Eufy app, which gives an overview of the system and plenty of configurability.

A few hundred dollars more than the S8 and this robot is a slick job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my tight apartment. It uses laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D map of your home, so it knows what to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop), unlike many vacuums.

It also has some outstanding highlights, such as a self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching brush that can get to areas other mops miss. You can also set cleaning schedules in the app and set custom the settings for each room of your home.

Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It has a range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It is surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and it drains its battery more quickly than other models we tried.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that offers powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it performed very well. It has a variety of cleaning modes, from the low-power 'Quiet mode for light debris to the more powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used even in small areas. It's extremely fast and quiet and it is able to navigate tight spaces efficiently. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it can be configured to take a picture of any object it comes across (i.e. chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they don't get removed during subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.

It is great at vacuuming, but not so well at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
