Greenpower Mobility - All-Energy Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles

Greenpower offers a complete range of battery-powered medium and heavy duty vehicles including transit buses, school shuttles, buses, and cargo vans. They use a fresh design and integrate components from around the world.

EV Star

GreenPower Motor Company makes purpose-built, all-electric medium and heavy-duty vehicles that serve the cargo and delivery market, shuttle and transit space and school buses. Its EV Star Cab and Chassis, which is proprietary allows for multiple upgrades and Green power electric scooter (telegra.ph) bodies and sets standards for zero emissions people and goods transport. GreenPower provides low-floor electric buses for transit authorities. These include a 30ft, 40ft, and double-decker EV550.

The company's fleet of buses comprises six models that share around 95% of their components. This means they're able to offer these vehicles at a lower price than traditional vehicles, and that's especially important since government subsidies are dwindling.

The EV Star Cargo van is the most recent GreenPower fleet member. It was specifically designed for green scooters last mile delivery applications. It features a flexible design that's easy to customize and is equipped with a multitude of accessories for greater efficiency.

Its interior is modular and is able to be adapted to fit different body kinds. It also comes with an entire suite of driver assistance systems. In terms of charging, it can be charged via AC level-2 in 8 hours at 11 kW, or DC fast charge in two hours at 61 4 kW. The vehicle also comes with a vented HVAC system as well as ADA securement positions.

GreenPower's EV Star Passenger Van is the benchmark for safety, performance, and sustainability in the passenger transport industry. It is built on the EV Star Cab & Chassis, and can be configured with various upfits or body configurations to accommodate different operations. The seating capacity ranges from 20 to 50 people. Its Altoona score of 92.2 is best in class and it offers ADA accessibility options.

As the demand for electric vehicles continues to grow, GreenPower is looking at ways to increase its production capacity. GreenPower has partnered with Perrone Robotics in order to incorporate Level 5 autonomy into the EV Star. This will be the first vehicle with this capability. In contrast to the majority of autonomous vehicles on the road today that are converted or upfitted, greenpower scooter's EV Star was created with autonomy in mind from the beginning. The clean-sheet design makes it easier to integration of future autonomous drive technologies. GreenPower's EV Star comes in both battery-electric and diesel versions. The latter offers a range of up to 150 miles on one recharge. It comes with a large payload capacity that can be used to accommodate various body designs and configurations. This enables it to be adapted to suit a variety of uses like paratransit, employee shuttles micro-transit and vanpool service. GreenPower already produces ten EV Stars every month, and plans to increase production according to the demand.
