Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customised using an application that allows you to save your home's maps setting cleaning schedules, and choose mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune how much water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function can help your robot navigate through rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles will stop it from running into furniture, wires or other toys. These are essential features for my home, which is filled with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, comes packed with features. It's able to mop and sweep in a single session and even lift its mop pads and brushes to stop soft surfaces from getting too wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to spot pets, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping function is impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in an intense clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting system, that will raise the pad when it goes from laminate to tile hardwood, carpets and rugs to prevent soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsed and then dried with the dock, and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it. You can set it to forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. I tested it with its normal mop and vac settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids that I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. The number of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot hoover and mop vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its high-end price is justified by its powerful features, which include an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It comes with an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my testing it performed well across all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dry the mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its smart controls allow you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops that I tested The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. In addition the mops aren't adept at removing staining that is as strong as those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. Its base station has to be cleaned as well as the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. Given the L10S Ultra's premium pricing and its extensive features I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the money for it. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot vacuum robotic mop and vacuum combination you could buy but its price and ongoing maintenance would make it more an option than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to tidy up mess and remove dirt from your floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up has a powerful suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has an enormous battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It's also fitted with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It also comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself as it goes and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean in order to wash off the mop's pad.

It will need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task within the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to opt for this feature you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your own choice of cleaners.

As with most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my tests however this can be rectified when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner, but it still has some impressive features. Its multi-function dock drains the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is able to be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The auto vacuum and mop's powerful suction is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris from carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is complex, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can clean manually every area that is that are mapped by this device, or select individual rooms, an expandable zone or a custom routine you've designed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo did well during our tests, just like the other Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system is efficient, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. The machine has a major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. Thankfully, there's an easy workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the mopping function of the vacuum to remove the last traces of dust and debris left behind by the vacuuming. It's a nice addition and can help the robot get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
