Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired like a weapon, armor, or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item upgrading and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment in three aspects that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by melee and weapons, while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact.
