Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized using a specialized app to save your home's maps, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine tune the amount of water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate rooms, while an obstacle avoidance feature will stop it from hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These features are crucial in my house that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it is naturally with a host of features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and can even lift its mop pads or brushes to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It can also avoid obstacles by spotting pets, plants, and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at over 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also features an automatic mop lifting system that will raise the pad as it moves from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and dried in the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only issue is that it's pricey. But its abundance of features makes it a tempting choice for anyone looking to get rid of their old stick vacuum and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. The price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that rotate. It also includes a smart, app-enabled controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed well throughout the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on all kinds of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed well and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock emptys its dust bin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping, and dry the mop pads for you. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its intelligent controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mop I tried. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features it still requires regular maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. The mop pads sold separately will also require replacement every few months.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a tighter budget, I suggest an easier model that allows you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could find but its cost and constant maintenance will make it more of a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet messes take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery capacity to power both vacuuming and mowing and top-quality obstacle avoidance. It has a roller-mop that cleans by itself, making it stand out from other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro removes the dirty mop water in its base station, where it is sucked by the heater elements of the tank and it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The tank onboard is able to hold a large amount of water, and can handle up to half a dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to come out of the box. The S1 Pro will need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. However, if you do select this option you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot vacuums that mop brands that permit users to use their own cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with larger piles a few times during my tests. However, this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum, but it still has some amazing features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the good robot vacuum's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, and washing and sanitizing mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is great for picking up pet hair and other debris from carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is dense, with a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean every area that is mapped by this device or select individual rooms, expandable zone, or a routine you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we've tested The Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system works well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective although it's not as advanced as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets that are thick, but it might not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option, which could be an issue for people who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning their robot hoover. There's a simple solution: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last remnants of debris and dust that you've left behind from the vacuuming. It's a nice touch and helps this robot get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
