What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no benefits to gameplay other than making it easier to view and buy upgrades.

It boosts

Costs

A Blacksmith Blessing, or an upgraded version of it can be used to boost the likelihood of an upgrade being successful.
