Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums best vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with a specialized app to save your home's maps, set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. You can also adjust the suction power, and the amount of water your mop uses.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the company's flagship mop and vacuum, so it's a natural choice to be packed with features. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pets, plants and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is higher than any robot automatic vacuum and mop we have examined to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it getting stuck on a surface.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also comes with a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically as it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

In addition to this in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means that you can put it away and forget about it, only needing to change the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

This is a very complete and robust product, with the only downside being that it's expensive. The number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this model when you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line mop and robot vacuum. Its high-end price is justified by its robust feature set, which includes a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It has an app-enabled smart controller as well as powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my testing it did very well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and able to lift long hair with no knots. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, fills up the tank with water to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It also comes with a real-time safety detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions with its intelligent controls.

Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. In addition it's not as efficient in removing stubborn stains as those found in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned, and the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, must be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a budget I suggest a more basic model that lets you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot cleaner robot mop and vacuum you could purchase but its cost and frequent maintenance will make it seem more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet mess you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combination has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also has a huge battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It also comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it moves, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean to clean the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire length of the bot, and it is constantly dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is picked up with the side brushes, or swept up into the front collision bumper. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to dock. If you opt for this option however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map a area and was able to navigate around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my tests however this could be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides a lot of functionality at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum but it does have some outstanding features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a good bit of a space before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is extensive, and provides a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate the full map and then take care to clean everything that is that the device maps, or you can choose individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine that you've crafted. There are a number of mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors of the mops to find the most efficient method to clean your home while it maps the space.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, like all the Roborock models that we've test. Its navigation system works well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. Its 'Normal" pathing setting covers an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

This device has a major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot hoover. Thankfully, there's an easy solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you use the vacuum's mopping capability to remove the last traces of dust and debris left behind by your vacuuming. It's a nice addition, and it helps this robot clean up a little bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
