In a desire to provide a safe, enjoyable and welcoming facility for all our patrons and staff, we expect everyone to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with their level of development and maturity with consideration for the rights and welfare of every individual within the JCC community. Depending on the child's swim level and the lifeguards' discretion, an adult may be required to be in the water. Appropriate swim attire is required. No children in diapers or swim diapers are permitted in the main pool. 12. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area. 9. Smoking is not permitted in the pool area. 4. Lifeguards have the responsibility for maintaining discipline and enforcing rules in the pool area.1. 2. Lifeguards have the authority to deny the use of pool facility to residents and guests up to three (3) days as a disciplinary measure. Homeowners’ associations often establish rules and regulations to ensure water pool safety within their communities. No Glassware is permitted in the pool area.

13. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the pool deck or pool area at any time. Children age five (5) and over are not permitted within the wading pool enclosure. 3. Children who are not toilet trained must wear tight-fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers in the baby and transition pool. Stay to the right and swim in a counterclockwise direction. The JCC reserves the right to have an individual removed from the facility, and/or to suspend or revoke membership or program participation privileges to anyone who displays the above-mentioned inappropriate and harmful behavior toward staff, fellow members, or program participants. Be prepared to change lanes if your stroke speed changes and/or when directed by a lifeguard. Swim in a lane that accommodates your speed. Many parents use swim aides like water wings and swimmies to give their non-swimmers confidence in the water. 2. Non-Swimmers age 5 and under may use the baby and transition pool, accompanied by an adult.

Exceptions for non-swimmers older than 5 may be made at the discretion of the pool manager only. If you have a non-swimmer who is older than 5, Pool rules please see the Pool Manager. 10. All injuries should be reported immediately to the Pool Manager or staff. Wear a swim cap at all times while in the pool (shaved heads excepted). Please return any equipment used during your swim. Swim directly to the ladder after diving. Only one person on the diving board at a time; individuals must wait their turn on deck. No diving is allowed. No pets allowed inside the Cabana Club gates. No person under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior will be allowed on the pool deck or in the pool. The pool will reopen 20 minutes after the last flash of lightning. 7. No roster changes will be allowed after there are only two (2) weeks left in league play. 8. Smaller balls, preferably soft, may be used for play at the discretion of the staff.

7. Beach balls, toys, inflatable mats, etc. are not permitted in the main pool, except during special events. 1. Children who are not toilet trained are not permitted in the main pool at any time. Cutthroat or cut-throat, also sometimes referred to as three-man-screw, is a typically three-player or team pocket billiards game, played on a pool table, with a full standard set of pool balls (15 numbered object balls and a cue ball); the game cannot be played with three or more players with an unnumbered reds-and-yellows ball set, as used in blackball. We ask that you refrain from seeking protected information about staff and trust that the JCC takes community feedback offered to our management team seriously, while ensuring every program runs safely and smoothly. This grassy area is a great place to spot grazing animals, while the wide open surrounding plans are home to many prides of lions. 6.7 It shall not be a foul to accidentally touch the cue ball while removing an object ball from an adjacent pocket, or when spotting a ball where the cue ball interferes. If an otherwise legal called bank shot is pocketed in such a manner, the ball counts as long as the shot conforms with the shooter's called intentions, and no foul or scratch occurs.
