The Perils of Pauline (1914)

The movie was revived by Universal Studios in 1967 as an updated comedy. It was also reused by Paramount Pictures in 1947 as an Betty Hutton vehicle.

The story of the film is based on the death of Pauline's uncle and brutal leaves Pauline with one million dollars. She plans to have adventures throughout the year ahead before she is married. However, an evil "guardian" of Pauline's inheritance is plotting to kill her. He hires a henchman named Hicks to assist him. A side character discovers the crimes of Hicks.

Once was a Time

'Once Upon a Time' re-imagined familiar fairy tales. It introduced new characters, plot lines and even new characters. However, once the show moved into the later seasons, the content got blander.

"Into the Deep" is a decent episode It's not the best example of Season 2's promise. The main story is pretty good. But Emma's personality is a little self-centered to be realistic. Is she the only one who has the ability to see light?

I'm certain Emma is thrilled to be free of Hook but I can't think she'll ever forget her love for him. She's planning to move to New York, but she's scared of romantic love and Schoolgirl happiness. She's convinced that Killian left because of her fear. Is worth the risk?

While the episode is great, I'm not sure the novelty is worth it. If you're only interested in the legendary 'Hat Trick', then this isn't the episode for you.
