WoW Upgrades - The item upgrading Upgrader

Upgrades can give you an increase in certain statistics. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item by +3. Each upgrade also increases a random substat.

Upgraded gear generally sees higher trade value as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or a very high stat variation (like eth titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the need to roll for a perfect model.

Recycle Points

The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade gear to a higher item level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. However, the item used to upgrade will remain in use for a long time and will not be able to be used again. Upgrades can also be used to create the enchantments.

You can upgrade your gear at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To keep your gear current it is recommended that you visit the upgrader every several weeks.

Upgrades will cost more depending on the level of the item however, they are always cheaper than purchasing new equipment. Upgrades such as upgrading a Benthic chest to ilvl385 will cost you 20 recycle points. A similar item will cost you 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used to purchase weapon, armor, tool and accessory upgrades. Players can purchase them from item upgraders NPCs in a variety of currencies. They can also find them on random treasure lists. Once an upgrade is purchased it can be used on any weapon, tool, or armor with the help of button, which will display an item's preview at its next upgrade level if the player has sufficient materials.

The cost of upgrading varies based on the item slot, and the current level of the item Level upgrade (minecraftcommand.science). For instance weapons are more expensive than gloves, bracers, or bracers. Each upgrade costs 15 Flightstones and a variety of crests, with some upgrades having a discount to reduce the cost of the Flightstones or crests used. After an item has been upgraded to a certain amount, it can be degraded and returned to the upgrader for a lesser amount of both currency types.

For example, once an item is at the highest upgrade level of any rank (Explorer, Adventurer, Veteran, Champion, Hero, or Mythic) it will no longer require Flightstones to be upgraded. This change lets players upgrade their equipment to the highest possible level on all their characters, instead of relying on seasonal loot.

It's also crucial to choose crests wisely, as they only have one use. For instance it's best to make use of all your Whelpling-rank crests with the Best item upgrader equipment you have and save Drake and Wyrm crests for the next round of upgrades you're planning to create. This is especially true for items like rings and trinkets that take up multiple slots on the character, which can only be eligible to benefit from the account-wide discount if all slots are filled with high-quality gear.
