In the later stages of the game in the game, when the train's engine fails and the player is called in to repair it, they are confronted by a moribund Mollie leaning against a wall, her eyes flickering and her voice glitching. Contrary to her normal, happy appearance at the park she now speaks in a mumble that is unintelligible and has bloodstains on her body. In the trailer, she's also described as "the best pilot you'll witness" and "the most qualified pilot who is always in the crash." This has lead some to speculate that Mollie is gay, something that developer UniqueGeese denied on the stream. The aviator parrot can be seen stalking the player on numerous occasions throughout the trailer, particularly at her part of Jetstream Junction which contains a spinning plane ride dubbed Rooftop Races and Mollie's Landing Pad.
