There isn't a universal stroller. However, there are models that fall in the boundaries of full-size, strollers and travel items.

Baby Jogger City Select 2

The City Select 2 stroller was released in the summer of 2021, replacing the older City Select and City Select Lux strollers. It offers 24 different seating options and can convert into triple strollers with the addition of the glider board (second seat and car seat separately). The stroller folds 20% smaller than its predecessors and weighs around five pounds less. It has a wide range of accessories that include the bellybar (included in the Eco Collection version), an additional seat, a parent console and a handmuff.

The large storage basket could accommodate a lot of gear. The seats reclined easily and there was enough legroom for the kids. The brake pedal is easy to access and is operated with one hand. The stroller is longer and more difficult to maneuver, but is worth it for parents who like spacious strollers.

Another feature we like is that the City Select 2 is compatible with Baby Jogger, Britax, Graco, Chicco and Maxi-Cosi infant car seats (adapters are available separately). This means you can use a single jogging stroller or double stroller from birth until well past toddlerhood.

The stroller isn't expensive, but it's most likely the only stroller you'll need to purchase, so if you can afford it we think it's worth the money. Particularly considering the premium quality and durable design. The finish looks great and the fabric connections are strong without appearing rough.
