A midi-bed with storage, also called the cabin bed, gives the best of both sleeping spaces and lots of room to store and play toys. Make a den, or use it as an area for cars to park their favourite toys with shelves that you can customize and use in any way they'd like.

Size

Midi beds are usually smaller than high sleepers and also have a shorter ladder or staircase. They are therefore ideal for small rooms. They can take a single UK mattress and add a range of useful pieces underneath. From a desk that opens up to an open cupboard ready for totes, to stylish drawer storage with smooth no-wobble operation.

Our midi cabin beds come in a range of colors so you can choose the one that will best suit your child's bedroom. Some go even further and include the option of a custom-made storage units. The desk can be moved between two units via wheels. There are also four storage drawers, and two cupboards that are equipped with doors. The Eli F takes things to the next level with doors that are matched to your foot and head boards.

The Luna low line loft bed, also known as a midi storage bed is compact and packed with everything you need such as a ladder that could be turned, a desk that slides in and out on wheels three drawer chest and cabinet, all included. It is also possible to make in reverse for example with the ladder on the right side. You can ask for this in the store or add this request to the checkout.

Most Midi loft beds require a standard UK Single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with a wooden midi bed base. This is not included in the cost of the bed, so we recommend taking a look at our mattress deals to find a deal that suits your budget!

Mattress

Most midi beds are fitted with standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk has a safety rail for extra peace of mind. A few of the models have gone one step further by adding cabinets that are flush mounted or a part of the headboard/footboard. This is ideal for storing books and toys.
