Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment into three categories that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by melee and weapons while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Enhanced upgrades require a common Best item upgrade, while rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next success result is to be rerolled. This lets you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls, and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These stones are special stones which increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This is an excellent option for players who wish to get an edge in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for novice players. There are a variety of ways to acquire them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition, players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is attained.

Items with upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked with each other, but can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the first is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when a player has sufficient materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to give an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an Best item upgrader differ based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

item upgrades upgrade components can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it cannot be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the Best Item Upgrade's stats.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases defense base and provides an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" however increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the necessary requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
