World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

The upgrade of items allows players to increase the level of weapons and armor that are equippable. This improves the stats of that gear, as well as sometimes adding buffs or rolling an affix again.

Time

Upgrades to items can be used to boost the stats of your ship and gear without the need to level them.
