World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

The upgrade feature for items allows players to boost the item level of equippable weapons or armor. This increases the effectiveness of the equipment, and also sometimes adding buffs or rolling an affix again.

It is important to note that although you can upgrade magic and common equipment, it is generally not worth the effort. Unique and rare equipment can quickly outperform upgraded magic and common equipment.

Cost

If a player wants to upgrade an item level upgrade, they must pay Gold for the upgrade. The cost of upgrading an item depends on the current level of the item and type of upgrade. For example upgrading a weapon is typically be cheaper than upgrading armor, since weapons have lower level requirements. The amount of Gold required increases as the item is upgraded to an upper level.

Upgraded items will also have improved stats that can improve its performance in various ways. This includes increasing its attack power, critical strike chance, or damage per second. The upgraded item can also add additional benefits to the weapon it is equipped with. These upgrades can be used to boost the overall power of a group or individual unit, and may significantly impact the gameplay.

Items can be upgraded at any NPC who is an upgrader in the game. These NPCs can be found in major questing areas, or capital cities. You can also find upgraders of items by visiting dungeons that have high-level bosses, and speaking to NPCs at the garrisons of your faction.

The World of Warcraft item upgrade system allows players to improve the quality of weapons, armor and trinkets. This process is similar to the reforging of gear in Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor. However instead of using currency, players have to visit an upgrader for their item to complete the process.

Upgrades can be expensive especially for weapons and armor. Based on the upgrade track you select, each item level increase will cost Valorstones or Crests. The total cost can be prohibitive for players who don't have the resources or are unable to grind them.

Fortunately the game allows players to play a reroll of an upgraded item by using an exclusive tool within the items menu. This option allows you to replace the upgraded item upgrader kit with the level 1 version which has different bonus effects. This can help you get better rolls on items that are already upgraded, but can be a waste of resources.

Requirements

The process of upgrading equipmentable items such as weapons, armor and trinkets is to increase the level of the item. This can boost their power, making them more powerful in battle. Reroll Tokens can be used to reroll an item which has been upgraded. The new item will come with an additional set of bonuses and a lower base item upgrader mod level. The rerolled item will have different requirements for strength and dexterity. It is important to keep in mind that the rerolled item will not retain its original level or any of its wasted resource.

Rerolling upgraded items is only possible if the item that was upgraded was an Epic Rare, Rare or Unique. Extraordinary items can also be allowed to be rerolled, but their original stats will be replaced by a flat bonus. This means that rerolling a Rare item will result in a Normal version of the same type, whereas the rerolling of an Epic item will result in an Elite version of the same kind.

To upgrade a piece of equipment, visit the NPC [Armoror Boboko located in Central Flarine. You will require Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 are dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 from Bosses). You will also require different amounts of Minerals, Erons and Giants.

Time is a major factor.

Upgrades to items can be used to boost the performance of your ship and gear without the need to level them. While upgrading isn't inexpensive, it's an effective way to boost your stats without having spend as much time in combat. It's essential to be aware of the cost and benefits of item upgrades prior to investing money or time.

Each upgrade boosts the item's base stat a certain amount and gives the chance to obtain a bonus substat.
