Minato Ward delicious restaurant series✨

This time,

I'm going to introduce "Chateau Hanten", a long-established Chinese restaurant in Roppongi 1-chome✨

This is the second time I've featured this restaurant on this blog,

but it's so delicious that I came back again

Chateau Hanten

Chateau Hanten opened in Mita in 1965♪

It's currently located in Ark Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower, a few minutes' walk from Roppongi 1-chome Station✨

It's located along the lush, green Shiinokizaka slope,

and you can walk there from Roppongi 1-chome Station

The terrace seats look nice too~✨

The interior of the restaurant has a gorgeous and modern atmosphere with a deep blue color✨

It's the weekend, so I'll have some champagne????

Exquisite chive soba

Everything you eat is delicious, but my recommendation is

Chinese chive soba 1800 yen✨

A little spicy, you'll want to eat it again and again

An addictively delicious chive soba????

Lots of crunchy bean sprouts and chives

First, without mixing the meat,

gently pull out the noodles under the chives,

and enjoy the gentle soup♪

Then, mix the meat and chive sprouts well,

for a spicy, deep flavor✨

Ahh, so delicious

It would also be delicious poured over white rice????

My husband ordered the seasonal

cold noodles 2200 yen

Beautiful~✨

My husband is more feminine????

Black vinegar is served on the side to change the flavor♪

He added this to the end of the meal and it was delicious and refreshing to the last bite✨

By the way,

Ark Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower, where Shado Hanten is located, is very close to Azabudai Hills, which is currently under development♪

but once Azabudai Hills opens and gets full of people,

it might become a difficult place to book????
