The upgrade items item (by Glamorouslengths) is a special item that helps trainers develop certain Pokemon into more powerful forms. Silph Co. produces it.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to armors, weapons trinkets, weapons and gathering tools to provide them with an additional bonus to their attributes, or a special effect, when they are in use.
