What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader is an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no gameplay benefit other than making it easier to purchase upgrades.

Boosters

With an upgrader for your item you will be able to enjoy numerous bonuses. They can include a range of stats, in addition to a number of extra bonuses. Costs

There are some costs associated with item upgrades. The first is the cost for the upgrade. Failure Rate
