Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements that are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to buy a new item, like a weapon, armor or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one similar one and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any money wasted aren't rewarded.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or bought from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment for example, increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item upgrades that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next success is to be rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones which increase the value of an item by improving its stats or attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade item, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their accounts. Moreover, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are numerous ways to obtain them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the effectiveness of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It's done by combining an item upgrading with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been reached.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components do not stack with each other, but can only be added to one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of the item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade item track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade items.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium along with the number of Upgrade Tokens.

Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases defense base and adds an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to gain the most value from a flawless roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. This includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) and the tier of that item and the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory when you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader; aiwins.wiki, NPC.
