However, the BOB Revolutionflex 3.0 Combo and the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo can be moved with one hand.

Some models can be difficult to remove or attach from the base. The Doona Combo, for example, requires a two-step attachment procedure and straps that are placed over the infant's bottom part. It's tempting to skip the steps but it could result in unsafe results.

In the same way certain models are difficult to fold and put away, which makes them less convenient than others. The best combinations we've tested fold easily with just one hand and are strong enough to withstand long walks. They are also easy to maneuver and glide smoothly over uneven surfaces. Certain combos are only linked and disengaged by straps. This may be a bit like a second step and make it more difficult for parents to secure their car seat properly.

Easy to Assemble

Other models we looked at, such as the UPPAbaby Minu, UPPAbaby Vista v2, Thule Urban Glide 2 in 1 stroller and car seat and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal, were also fairly easy to assemble. The BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo however isn't easy to put together. It requires two steps to attach the lower anchors, and using straps to protect the bottom of the carrier. It's also very heavy, which means it takes two hands to click the carrier into the base, then detach it from the base.

In our tests, it took us about 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby v2 together, which is a bit rapid when you consider how much time it can save by not having to take out all of the individual pieces. Most of these models have an easy method of attaching and detaching the toddler seat, adjustable Handle prams as well.
