World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide

The Upgrade item is used by trainers to transform Porygon2 into Porygon2. This change requires an upgrade and the Sinnoh Stone, and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components are items that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is being utilized. They can be purchased from players or vendors, scavenged or gotten as rewards, or made with crafting materials. In addition to offering attribute bonuses, upgrade items can also be cosmetically beneficial.

Infusions, inscriptions, and enhancements are all types of upgrade component. They aren't generally available for general use and are only available on equipment that is ascended or on certain weapons that are not ascending from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions and enrichments can be recovered from equipment using an Infusion Extraction Device. They can also be salvaged with a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Phoenix Boxes, unlike other upgrade items are able to be traded and re-used when still attached to an item that they are upgrading. These upgrades are the most effective way to improve quality of armor and weapon without spending Dilithium, as they can increase the likelihood of receiving a quality upgrade by two times.

A component that is upgraded in an item Upgrader mod can be replaced with a different one, but doing so destroys the previous one (except for upgrades to ascended equipment and legendaries). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items with an identification level of zero or more. If you upgrade an existing weapon that already has a suffix or prefix upgrade, the item will be named in the same way as it appears on the game screen (for instance, adding the Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor makes it Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player is limited to three upgrade items at a time.

Glyphs

Glyphs are a fantastic addition to any item. They provide unique advantages and boosts. Certain glyphs increase the number of affixes that an item has, increasing its power. These glyphs can be obtained by working through dungeons. Some are even located in specific World Tier 3 zones. It is important to keep in mind that glyphs are only available to characters who have created a root-dungeon of the same depth.

To use a Glyph you first need to create it with components and then connect them using anchors. The component will then automatically align itself to other components or paths in the same layer. If you don't wish to create the glyph from components, you can build it by combining paths and anchors. Then, drag an element close to the highlighted component to lock it in place.

Certain glyphs require specific conditions to be fulfilled for example, 25 Dexterity within a specific area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs require a particular number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which can be a bit difficult to achieve. Certain glyphs have a radius that increases with each level.

Glyphs can be found on a wide variety of items, and can be added to all weapons except for weapons belonging to a particular class. Certain glyphs can be used with additional requirements, for example an amount of Dexterity damage, or Attack damage on a specific portion of the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph increases the chance of blocking enemy attacks by 5%. It also has the chance of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

Some glyphs can also be applied to limited use tools, like the Black Lion Chest and Trading Post. These glyphs can count towards the Combat Mechanic achievement.

The most popular glyphs are the attack glyphs which boost the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat amount. These glyphs are especially useful for classes that employ weapons with a range, such as Warriors or Rogues. The Exploit Glyph renders enemies who hit the Hero vulnerable to damaging effects.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens are tokens that can be used to roll back one of the results when performing an Action. When the reroll happens the tokens are then discarded. Reroll tokens can be obtained through a variety of ways, including through raids, dungeons and skirmishes. You can also buy them in the shops, or from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons or trials because they let players roll the rewards of the final chest.

For items in the range of 1, there are recycling points. The upgrade gauge will increase by a specific amount of points when you recycle an item. The value varies based on the Best item upgrader's level and rarity. The upgraded item will not keep its level when recycled, and the cost for recycling an upgraded Best item upgrader increases as its level rises.

It is also possible to use reroll tokens to reroll an item. However it will not bring back the item's original stats or level. This is useful for players who want to reroll an item they aren't happy with, but would like to keep it in their collection.

Three different kinds of upgrade coins are available in the game - Reroll, randomly generated and upgrade. Each type has several subtypes. Reroll tokens for instance are available in three categories: rare, legendary and enhanced. Each requires an item upgrader from the appropriate level to create the new item with that quality.

To use tokens that reroll, select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select the type of token you want to use. The tokens available are Item, Weapons, Misc, 1hguns, 2hguns, and Focus. The Item token can be used to create an Item in any quality. A Weapon or Misc token will create a brand new weapon of the same faction.

The item may also be upgraded to a new item that has the same stats but is at a higher level. This will occur if the item has been placed in the Pool that is not droppable or was transferred to it as part of an franchise card.
