World of Warcraft - Item Upgrading

Best item upgrade upgrading allows players to boost an item's gear score up to 700 and also add a final perk. Items can be upgraded if they are in your inventory and you take them to the kiln.

Certain items are worth upgrading due to their unique stats. (For example an excellently broken point armor that is rolled can be used in melee PvP). Other items like weapons don't change much after an upgrade and aren't worth the effort.

Weapons

Weapons can be upgraded to boost their numeric stats such as the chance to crit, attack damage as well as PvE and damage to PvP. Weapons also have a flat bonus which increases the damage they deal per second. Some weapons also come with a fixed bonus which is activated when three or more identical weapons are placed in a single unit. The upgrade of weapons can also change their base stats. While this is generally an excellent thing however, it could have negative consequences too. In the case of items that only see use in a certain build (Whistant's shield for FB sorcs for instance), upgrading them may make them unusable unless you have an extremely lucky roll.

Armor items can be upgraded to boost their performance. This will increase the defense of a chest or helm, while belts and gloves will increase their required strength and agility. Armor offers a rerolling option for its Enhanced Defense%. This means that it is able to roll down to a lower value.

The upgrade template of a weapon will display the new stats that it will gain when upgrading, as well as the values of these stats. This means that the weapon will gain 3% attack damage if it is upgraded from an 8 attack damage sword to an 11 attack damage sword. The 3% difference does not mean that the weapon will be hit three times less, since it is an absolute number.

Rerolling a weapon is also possible by pressing the green button in the item level upgrade menu with the arrows that are circling. This will reroll the Item upgrader kit (nerdgaming.Science) and change its stats, but it won't reset the weapon's levels or connect to the status of your account.

Armor

A few tweaks to your armor could make a huge differences in your ability to survive. Certain sets can offer MASSIVE boosts to poison, curse, fire and magic resistance, which can make traversing tough areas a breeze. In general, the greater defense you have for your character, the more health you can receive from each point. Therefore, it's a good idea to upgrade your armor.

To upgrade your armor, head to any of the Great Fairy Fountains in the game. There are four fountains in all and each one requires you to complete a special side quest involving the Stable Trotters musical troupe. After you've completed the main side quest and mastered the fountain that corresponds you'll be able to speak to any Great Fairy to open up the menu for upgrading your armor.

Each piece of armor can be upgraded to three levels, and the amount of materials and Rupees required for each will vary. In general, you'll be looking at anything from three to ten Red Chuchu Jellies and 10 Rupees for the first upgrade, then anywhere between five Rubies and 10 Fire-Breath Horns for each subsequent upgrade. The Champion Leathers, as an example, can be upgraded to an increase of 5 defense rating, which will allow you to remain competitive in cold environments with a large number of adversaries. The Snowquill Headdress, on the other side, can be upgraded as high as +20 defense to ensure you can survive a raid with your comrades.

You can't upgrade your armor the same as weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior then you should concentrate on upgrading your armor for physical power or spell power. It is recommended to save your armor upgrades to upgrade the armor that you will still be wearing at the end of the story, like the Ring of Lightning, Spectral Shield or the mask you'll wear in the final boss fight, the Monter Parts Merchant Mask.

You can also gain benefits to your armor by giving the jeweler in Gerudo Town 10 Twinkling Titanite. You'll typically want to keep these upgrades to the weapon that you'll use to beat the game. For example the Longsword or Battleaxe. It's nevertheless beneficial to have a few upgrades to the chest armor and helmets so that you can sneak around some monsters.

Potions

Version 1.7.2 brought a few changes to the mechanism of potions. Splash potions, for example, now have a duration zero, not the 22.5 seconds displayed on the item hover display. The table for potion can now be crafted with four Wood Planks and two Glass. This allows it to be used by players in Survival and Bedrock. In contrast to the Java Edition, Bedrock edition potions cannot be combined in cauldrons. This is the same for using a potion within an empty cauldron. This will draw out the potion and refill the bottle.

Lastly, there are now lingering potions that are made with dragon breath and splash potions. Redstone is also added to lingering potions to enhance their effect. The potion table has been rearranged to look more like the Java Edition. New potions are also added, like the potion of leaping and decomposition.

Trinkets

A trinket can be an ornamental Best item upgrade that is small, cheap or piece jewelry. It can be a reference to an object or decoration that serves a purpose but is not particularly significant like a thimble. In some cultures, a trinket is used to signify affection or friendship, particularly between family members.

In addition to weapons, armor and potions, players are able to upgrade their trinkets. Upgrades can be purchased by paying the appropriate currency to an upgrade vendor. Trinkets, unlike other items that can be upgraded can be swapped at will without losing statistics.

The upgrade vendors are found in major cities and in the capital of each zone, as well as in in dungeons. Upgrades for trinkets can be purchased with tokens, gold, or fragments from trinkets that are rare.

Upgrades are a cheaper alternative to buying a new trinket. It is possible to upgrade the player for as little as 12 tokens. The new trinket will come with the same base ilvl as the previous one, and will come with an additional 1% upgrade bonus.

Trinkets can be re-upgraded once they are no longer useful and allows players to increase their power and value over time. They can be traded between players which makes them a good alternative to gold.

Players must upgrade their most valuable items first. This typically means the top-of-the-line items for their class, followed by their secondaries, and finally other pieces of gear that will not be replaced in the near future (for example an earring or cloak). Players should also consider their class's preferred stats when deciding which items to upgrade. If Haste and Crit are two of the most important stats to tank players, then they should upgrade their helm, chest and shoulders.

Once they have become useless trinkets can be upgraded to a greater level. The new trinket has an additional 1percent bonus. Re-upgrading will destroy the trinket unless it can be salvaged with the Black Lion Salvage Kit, or a higher tier salvage tool. Upgrades to trinkets can be more expensive than other upgrades but still cheaper than buying an entirely new trinket.
