Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capability in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item like an armor, weapon, or rings. This replaces the item with another item of the same type however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any money wasted won't get compensated.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment in three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.

There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you need a higher level token to reroll. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next Success is to be rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. They can also be purchased by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the Best item upgrader then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item upgrade to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item. It's a great way for players who wish to get an edge in combat, but don't want to spend a lot of money. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. However, there are numerous ways to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. upgrade item components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a particular number of items to be used in addition to an appropriate amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left is where players can place a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this could cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium and the number of Upgrade tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them more effects or an improved quality of the item. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components include additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Some items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but more because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the Best item upgrader. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item upgrader the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of the item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory once you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how far you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
